14-Day Return Window: We accept return and exchange requests within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Condition of Return (Strict Hygiene Policy): For the health, safety, and hygiene of all our pet customers, returned items must be in their original, completely unused condition. The bed must be strictly free from pet hair, odors, scratches, or dirt, and returned in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns that show any signs of use.

Damaged or Defective Items: We inspect every piece of furniture before it leaves our facility. However, if your order arrives damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team via WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving it, and we will arrange an immediate replacement.

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected to confirm its unused condition, an approved refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method (e.g., Apple Pay, Credit Card) within 5-7 business days.
